Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff in a great location. It has a vintage chic vibe to it but tastefully done. The spaces were all clean and the bathrooms were renovated. Enjoy the on site restaurant or hop to any that are within walking distance. Will absolutely stay again!

Where to begin with Mia and The Darcy staff. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch, and having our reception at the Darcy Hotel was the best decision we could have made. Being DC locals, we wanted something elegant, yet timeless in our city for 50 people. The Ellington and Bader Ginsburg rooms made that vision come to life. Mia was responsive to each and every email, accommodating us for walk throughs and tastings. When we checked in for the wedding weekend, the entire hotel staff was attentive, especially the valet and door men (thank you Desu!) and made the execution of the weekend flawless. All of our guests were more than pleased with their stay, and many raved about the hors d'oeuvres and entrees at our reception (the sea bass was out of this world!) If you need any events in the Washington, DC area, Mia Thoreson and The Darcy should be at the top of your list. We look forward to coming back on our one year anniversary!

The hotel itself was great, but the service fell short. It took about 40 minutes for a drink to be delivered to our room. I also called ahead to arrange and pay for something special for a birthday, with the charge placed on the card on file. I was assured it would be handled, but unfortunately it never was.

We stayed here for a work retreat and we really liked the hotel. The rooms were nice and mostly spacious, except for the bathroom. The conference rooms are nice and spacious but the best part about the hotel is the staff. The staff helping with the food in the conference rooms & the housekeeping staff were all outstanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend it for work functions and also for personal travel. I also really liked the Cider in the lobby and the food in the restaurant was great!

We spent our first weekend at The Darcy and it was nothing short of beautiful. The location was near everything we wanted to visit, and everything was within an enjoyable walking distance with lovely streets and neighborhoods to visit. The staff were so friendly, and attentive, including the valet gentleman who were absolutely phenomenal! They were so friendly, and kind. The rooms and views were gorgeous, clean, and well taken care of. The restaurant was stunning and food was incredible. We 100% would recommend this to anyone and we fully attend to stay again when visiting DC.

Great location and beautiful place. Their lack of snow maintenance after the recent storm was upsetting. They hardly had a path you could drive through to get to the building. They were incredibly understaffed for the days we were there. No doorman, the valet wasn't at the podium, the front desk wasn't manned. They did their best and we enjoyed our stay, but at $65 for parking it was difficult to justify a tip when it took 20min to get our car brought to the street in front of the building and we had to run into the street because he couldn't drive the car into the loading area..

Clean boutique hotel experience. Loved the magnifying mirror and wide counters in the bathroom. Good water pressure. Convenient location near Congress. Reasonable parking rates and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Just stayed at The Darcy for 4 nights visiting my son in the city. Trying to arrange this trip and I was skeptical with the pricing but I have to say what a treat it was the minute I stepped inside The Darcy, Warm reception from Kayla and the whole Darcy Staff made me feel comfortable. No nickel and diming me during my stay. Free Water , If your in Vegas that would be $5, check out time 12 noon (fantastic) I will continue to stay and recommend The Darcy anytime I am in Washington DC area. I thought the bed was comfortable , room was clean and of course each time I left for the day and returned the room was back to clean and beds made. Great location also
